- 1 pack bean sprouts
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs, fried
SCHRITTE
Blanch the bean sprouts briefly in boiling water, then drain and set aside.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing gochujang, chili powder, minced garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, and sugar.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté chopped green onion until fragrant.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan and stir well.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until well combined with the sauce.
Add blanched bean sprouts and stir-fry together with the rice.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds generously.
Serve the stir-fried rice in bowls and top with fried eggs.
