  • Chili Shrimp

    • 🍤 1 cup cleaned shrimp
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 🧈 A small amount of butter
    • A pinch of pepper
  • Other Ingredients

    • 🍚 2 servings of cooked rice

Heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté 1.5 tbsp minced garlic until golden brown.

Add 1 cup cleaned shrimp and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add 1/2 tbsp fish sauce, a small amount of butter, and a pinch of pepper. Stir-fry for 1 more minute to finish the garlic butter shrimp.

For chili shrimp, repeat the garlic butter shrimp steps until the shrimp is cooked.

Add 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp vinegar. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until the sauce coats the shrimp.

Add a small amount of butter and a pinch of pepper. Stir-fry for 1 more minute to finish the chili shrimp.

Serve cooked rice in a box or bowl, then layer the garlic butter shrimp and chili shrimp on top.
