ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🍜 1 pack ramen noodles
 - 🥚 1 egg
 - 1 handful bean sprouts
 - 🥓 40g bacon
 - 🧅 1/3 onion
 - 1 king oyster mushroom
 - 🧄 2 cloves garlic
 - 🧅 1 green onion
 
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 🧈 1/2 tbsp butter
 - 🧂 a pinch of salt
 - a pinch of pepper
 
SCHRITTE
Chop the mushroom, onion, green onion, bacon, and garlic into small pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and add the green onion to create green onion oil.
Push the green onion to one side and scramble the egg in the same pan.
Once the egg starts to cook, add the bacon and stir-fry together.
Add the chopped vegetables and butter, then stir-fry until softened.
Add the cooked ramen noodles, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, then stir-fry until well combined.
Finally, add the bean sprouts and mix briefly before serving.
