Main
- 🐄 150g sliced beef
 - 🍅 1 tomato
 - 🥬 4 leaves of lettuce
 - 1/2 yellow bell pepper
 - 20g cilantro
 
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
 
Dressing
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
 - 1/2 tsp chili paste
 - 1 tbsp fish sauce
 - 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
 - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
SCHRITTE
Cut the tomato into halves, remove the stem, and slice into 1cm pieces. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove seeds and stem from the bell pepper and slice into 5mm strips. Chop cilantro into 3cm pieces.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add BBQ sauce and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Arrange lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, cooked beef, and cilantro on a plate. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
