ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🍎 1/2 apple, sliced
 - 320g acorn jelly, diced
 - 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
 - 🥬 3 lettuce leaves, chopped
 - 🧂 A pinch of salt
 
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp chili powder
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp minced green onion
 - 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
 - ✨ 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
SCHRITTE
Wash the apple, remove the seeds, and slice it thinly.
Remove cucumber's bumps with salt, wash, slice diagonally, and chop lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Rinse acorn jelly in cold water and dice into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, minced green onion, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to make the dressing.
Combine cucumber, lettuce, acorn jelly, and apple in a bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat evenly.
