SCHRITTE
Slice the king oyster mushroom diagonally into thin pieces. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the canned mackerel and king oyster mushroom, then simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
