  • Main Ingredients

    • 300g pork jowl
    • 1 stalk green onion
    • 🧄 5 cloves garlic
    • 30g seaweed
    • 🧅 1/4 onion
  • Soybean Paste Marinade

    • 2 tbsp soybean paste
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • Pinch of black pepper
  • Seaweed Salad Dressing

    • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/4 tbsp sugar
    • 1/4 tbsp vinegar
    • 1/4 tbsp fish sauce
    • Pinch of sesame oil
    • Pinch of sesame seeds

Slice the green onion into 4-5cm pieces and cut garlic into thin slices.

Mix all marinade ingredients and coat the pork jowl thoroughly.

Place the marinated pork jowl in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Flip the pork jowl and add green onion and garlic to the air fryer. Cook at 180°C for another 10 minutes.

Thinly slice the onion for the seaweed salad.

Mix all salad dressing ingredients and toss with seaweed and sliced onion.
