Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1 cup kimchi
- 🍖 200g pork for stew
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧄 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 2-3 tbsp kimchi juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp dashida seasoning
SCHRITTE
Boil 1 cup of water and add pork. Use rice water for better flavor.
Once the pork is cooked, add kimchi, kimchi juice, soy sauce, red pepper powder, minced garlic, and dashida seasoning.
Add chopped onion to the pot and stir well.
Add chopped green onion and mix into the stew.
Cut the ingredients into smaller pieces using scissors directly in the pot.
Let the stew simmer until bubbling and fully cooked.
Serve with rice, mixing kimchi, pork, and seaweed for a delicious meal.
