- 🐟 200g small anchovies
- 🌰 1 pack mixed nuts
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Shake the small anchovies to remove any crumbs.
Lightly stir-fry the anchovies in a dry pan over low heat.
Add 3 tbsp syrup or honey, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp sesame seeds to the pan.
Once the sauce starts to boil, add the stir-fried anchovies and mixed nuts.
Turn off the heat and mix in 1 tbsp sesame oil.
