- 2 packs frozen udon
 
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (75g) tuna in water
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 - 🍅 150g cherry tomatoes
 
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
 - 1 tsp fish sauce
 - A pinch of grated ginger
 - A pinch of grated garlic
 - 🌰 A pinch of white sesame seeds
 - 3 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
 - 💧 150ml water
 
الخطوات
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. In a bowl, mix all ☆ ingredients except the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes and let sit for 10 minutes to make the tomato kimchi.
Remove the udon from the packaging, place on a microwave-safe plate, and heat according to package instructions (600W). Rinse under cold water and drain well. Place in serving bowls.
Drain the canned tuna.
In a bowl, mix the ★ ingredients to prepare the mentsuyu sauce.
Top the udon with the tomato kimchi, roughly flaked tuna, and chopped green onions. Pour the mentsuyu sauce over the dish.
