- 2 crab sticks

- 1/2 squid
Condiments
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 0.3 tsp salt
- 0.1 tsp ground pepper
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
الخطوات
Mix all the condiments to prepare the sauce and let it rest for better flavor infusion.
Cook the shrimp and make a slit along their backs for presentation. Score the inner side of the squid with a crisscross pattern.
Blanch the soybean sprouts, rinse in cold water, and squeeze out excess moisture. Season with sesame oil and salt. Use the same water to blanch the squid and shrimp, then let them cool.
Thinly slice all vegetables and match the squid slices to the vegetable length for uniformity.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, pour the sauce, and gently toss to coat evenly.
Serve the salad chilled as a refreshing appetizer or side dish.
