- 🥓 400g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2/3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
الخطوات
Slice the green onion and onion thinly and set aside.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, corn syrup, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the pork belly until some oil is released.
Add the green onion to the pan and stir-fry with the pork belly.
Sprinkle sugar over the pork and stir-fry on high heat.
Cook the pork belly until crispy, then add the onion and stir-fry lightly.
Pour the sauce over the pork and stir-fry on medium-low heat until well coated.
Turn off the heat and garnish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
