الخطوات
Soak Vienna sausages briefly in hot water to remove excess grease, then drain.
Make diagonal cuts on the sausages for better flavor absorption.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, ketchup, and oligosaccharide.
Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sliced onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
