Dressing
- 1 tbsp sesame dressing
Vegetables
- 🌽 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 30g black olive slices
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, sliced
Protein
- 🐟 150g fresh salmon, cubed
- 🥚 1 boiled egg, sliced
Bread
- 🥖 2 slices baguette bread
الخطوات
Slice cherry tomatoes in half and avocado into 1cm thick slices.
Slice the boiled egg into 1.5cm thick pieces and cube the fresh salmon into bite-sized squares.
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
Arrange cherry tomatoes, black olives, and sweet corn on one side of the bowl.
Place sliced egg and avocado on the other side, and position the salmon cubes in the center.
Drizzle sesame dressing over the salad to taste.
