- 500g radish, peeled and julienned
 - 1 green chili, sliced
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
 - 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp perilla oil
 - 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
الخطوات
Peel the radish and julienne it finely. Alternatively, use a slicer for preparation.
Mix the julienned radish with 1 tsp of salt and let it sit for less than 10 minutes to lightly cure.
Squeeze out the excess water from the radish without rinsing.
Heat a pan, add the radish, olive oil, and a small amount of minced garlic. Stir-fry lightly.
Add sliced green chili for a spicy touch, or skip if preferred.
Stir-fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes. Add perilla oil or sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before turning off the heat.
