- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
- 1 bunch shiso leaves
Seafood
- 1 piece cod roe
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
الخطوات
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Cut the potatoes into thin strips about 1cm thick.
Slice the cod roe open lengthwise and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat until melted, then add the potatoes and stir-fry.
Once the potatoes become translucent, add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry. Then add the cod roe and stir to break it apart.
Add soy sauce and stir briefly to combine, then serve.
