المكونات
- Seafood - 🐙 150g boiled octopus
 
- Vegetables - 100g grated daikon
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
- Cooking Essentials - 1 tbsp potato starch
- Salad oil, as needed
 
- Seasoning - 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 200cc water
 
الخطوات
Grate the daikon and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces and coat them evenly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 160°C, add the octopus pieces, and fry for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and fry for another 2–3 minutes, then drain excess oil.
In a pot, heat water and dashi powder over medium heat until simmering. Add mirin and soy sauce, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.
Plate the fried octopus, top with grated daikon, pour the dashi sauce over, and garnish with chopped green onion.
