    • 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil

    • 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2-3 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • A small amount of sesame oil
    • A small amount of sesame seeds

Wash the young radish kimchi thoroughly. If too salty, soak in cold water to reduce saltiness.

Remove the leafy parts of the radish if preferred, or leave them intact.

Cut the young radish kimchi into bite-sized pieces and place them in a pan. Add sunflower oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and oligosaccharide.

Stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes.

Slice the green onion finely and add it to the pan. Stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
