- 🍗 800g chicken thigh
- 2 green chilies
- 1 red chili

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 80ml cooking wine
- 3 pinches black pepper
الخطوات
Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and keep the skin intact for extra flavor.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat and cook chicken thighs skin-side down until golden and crispy.
Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, oyster sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Slice green chilies and red chili for added spice.
Simmer the marinade on high heat until slightly thickened.
Add the cooked chicken thighs to the marinade and continue cooking on high heat until the sauce is reduced and glossy.
Garnish with sliced chilies and sesame seeds before serving.
