- 🧂 1.5 tbsp coarse salt
- 4 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- A small amount of sesame oil
- Sesame seeds, as needed
- 1.5-2 tbsp anchovy sauce
الخطوات
Peel the radish using a vegetable peeler for a clean finish.
Slice the radish into thin, uniform strips—not too thin or thick.
Sprinkle coarse salt over the radish and let it sit for 20 minutes to draw out moisture.
Drain the radish thoroughly, squeezing out excess water.
Add red pepper powder to the radish and mix well.
Add sugar, plum extract, and anchovy sauce to the radish and mix thoroughly.
Add minced garlic and mix again to combine.
Finish by adding sesame oil, chopped green onion, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
