- 🌰 1/2 cup almond flour
- 🍫 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol or monkfruit sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 1/2 cup melted butter
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
الخطوات
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix gently with a fork until evenly blended.
In a separate bowl, whisk 3 eggs, remove the chalaza if desired, and mix in vanilla extract. Gradually add melted butter while stirring.
Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan with butter and pour the batter into the pan.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and bake for 18 minutes.
Let the brownie cool completely before cutting to prevent crumbling.
