- 1 octopus leg
- 🧄 6-7 cloves garlic
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
الخطوات
Prepare the octopus by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Slice garlic into thick pieces and chop bell peppers into similar-sized chunks.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add the octopus and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Pour the seasoning mixture into the pan and cook until the sauce is reduced.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
