الخطوات
Prepare the ingredients: 1 bunch celery, 2 red chilies, and 1 onion.
Trim the celery by removing the base and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the red chilies and dice the onion. Soak the onion in cold water for 10 minutes to reduce its sharpness.
Combine celery, red chilies, and onion in a container.
Prepare the seasoning liquid by mixing 1 cup soy sauce, 1 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 cups water.
Bring the seasoning liquid to a boil and pour it hot over the prepared vegetables.
