- to taste sesame seeds

الخطوات
Wash and slice the cucumbers into 3–4mm thick pieces.
Wash and finely chop half an onion.
Combine the cucumber and onion in a mixing bowl.
Add minced garlic, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar to the bowl and mix well.
Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning with flavored salt if needed.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds, then mix again.
Serve and enjoy the fresh, sweet, and tangy cucumber salad.
