- 🍉 1/2 watermelon rind
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp anchovy sauce
الخطوات
Peel the green outer layer of the watermelon rind and slice the white part thinly.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of salt over the sliced rind and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Rinse the salted rind in cold water and drain thoroughly.
Squeeze out as much water as possible from the rind using your hands.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, minced garlic, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and anchovy sauce in a bowl.
Combine the squeezed rind with the seasoning mixture and mix thoroughly.
