- Rice - 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
 
- Meat - 🥩 50g sliced beef
 
- Vegetables - 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
 
- Liquids - 💧 Water as needed
 
- Oils - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
- Seasoning - Pinch of white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Mix beef with sake, mirin, soy sauce, salt, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Marinate for 5 minutes.

Add soaked rice, marinade, and water to the rice cooker. Level the rice, then place the beef and bean sprouts on top. Cook using the normal rice setting.

Once cooked, drizzle sesame oil over the rice and mix well. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
