Wash the green onions thoroughly, peel off the outer layer, and cut each stalk in half lengthwise.

Cut the halved green onions into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the onion thinly. This completes the preparation of the ingredients.

Mix the green onions with 6 tbsp of anchovy sauce and let them sit for 10 minutes until softened.

After 10 minutes, add the sliced onion to the softened green onions.

Add the seasoning ingredients (7 tbsp red pepper powder, 2 tbsp sugar, 1.5 tbsp fermented shrimp, 2 tbsp minced garlic) and mix thoroughly.
